Kem Ley vs Hun Sen on war threatening if he lost power through election

It has been surprised by all Cambodian citizens when prime minister of Cambodia has repeatedly warned Cambodian people about the war if Cambodian people are going to vote for change.
This public rhetoric has been used several occasions by PM. It has remarkably backfired in 2013 as the Cambodian voters already warned PM on this unproductive unwavering threat of war if he lost power.
The latest “game at play” of PM was his remark during a bridge inauguration presided over by Prime Minister of Vietnam near the border between Cambodia and Vietnam. His ruthless speech on triggering war if his power will be changed by election in front of Vietnam’s leader and his excuse to violate over Cambodia’s diplomacy protocol in speaking Vietnamese language in his host country, all are noticeably not anew but a subservient and weak mindset of Cambodia’s prime minister.
Recalling this war threatening, Kem Ley posthumously named “Cambodia Hero of Golden Speaker”, once pointed out explicitly and implicitly towards the PM’s irresponsible state leadership.

This part (96), Mr. Sophan invited every Cambodian citizen to remember Chea Vichea whose death has been very controversial during this 13 years of his anniversary. As of today, the authority can only inform his relatives and sympathizers on their ongoing investigation into the murdering by having never disclosed the progress and eliminated this culture of impunity.

The authority has likely embedded ill-will towards the dead and the supporters. This impunity has been a tool to continue “politics of fear” that has been well utilized by Hun Sen administration. Just reminding to the three well-known activists i.e. Chea Vichea who was President of Garment Labors Union, Chhut Wutty who is the environmentalist, and recently Kem Ley who is the social researcher and public commentator, it is sufficient to conclude that the aim and attempt of this continuing impunity is planned as an effective tool to shut down “freedom of expression” and to embed the “politics of fear” in Cambodia.
According to criminal law of Cambodia, the length of after 15 years in any crime case, it could be closed down in investigating and unearthing the motives, which is to make a non-stopped sarcasm of the justice system of this nation.

Today, Cambodian people and their children are wiping tears in front of bloody body of Dr. Kem Ley who is an academician and social analyst. In broad daylight of July 10, 2016 at around 9:00am, gun man walked bravely to shoot Dr. Kem Ley to death inside a Caltex gas bar in the heart of Phnom Penh city. Dr. Kem Ley is the first remarkable higher education researcher is shot to death after trade unionist Chea Vichea, environmentalist Chhut Vutthy, actress Piseth Pillika, journalist Chou Chetharith and Khem Sambo, etc. were gunned down in broad daylight with tantamount public evidence of impunity.
៚More than 14 million Cambodian people could not be living within this high stake of life intimidation while few upper-hand echelon are free to conduct gangster-styled leadership through these most recorded-killing lists of impunity.
៚Cambodia needs to demolish gangster-styled leadership by bringing those responsible entities to step down from power so that impunity is not a bombarded threat to life security and daily living of all Cambodian people.
៚Cambodian people and youths have learnt great lesson and experiences on how danger excessive paranoid leaders are remained existing in Cambodia?
